What you will do

As a Graphic Designer at Dot Media Pvt Ltd, your responsibilities will include:

Design and Development: Create a variety of digital and print materials, such as social media graphics, website banners, brochures, and promotional content, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visual solutions that align with the overall strategy.
Conceptualize Ideas: Take ideas from the initial concept stage through to the final execution, ensuring that every design piece meets the project goals.
Review and Edit: Continuously refine and improve designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders, ensuring all final outputs are polished and professional.
Stay Current: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure that your work remains fresh and innovative.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Proven Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills in digital and print media.
Proficiency in Design Tools: Advanced knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Creativity and Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity, with the ability to turn ideas into visually appealing designs.
Time Management: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present ideas clearly.
Understanding of Branding: An understanding of brand identity and the ability to maintain visual consistency across all designs.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
